| The first step to enrollment in Child's Play Day Nursery is the call to set up an interview. Interviews are conducted in the evening and are by appointment only. After our initial meeting, and if you are interested in placing your child in our program. You will be given an enrollment packet. It will contain our most recent Parent Handbook, a contract and the following forms, that will need to be filled out and returned by your child's start date. | You will be expected to leave a security deposit (equal to 2 week's tuition fees) for immediate enrollment and a (4-week holding fee for delayed enrollments). This deposit will serve as your last two weeks of paid childcare. After the first 20-business days (trial period), a 3-week's notice must be given. If not, you forfeit your security deposit. |
